• Upload and process audio files for stem separation
• Vote on community-submitted content
• Generate backing tracks and karaoke versions
• Earn and spend Semitones (virtual currency)
• Create and share AI-generated artwork

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Semitones Virtual Currency

Semitones is a virtual currency used within the Service. You acknowledge that:

• Semitones have no real-world monetary value
• Semitones cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world items
• We may adjust Semitone costs and rewards at our discretion
• Semitones may be forfeited if terms are violated

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Spotify and YouTube. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REIMAGEN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
